Love, Skin Clinic provides professional dermatology and aesthetic services. All online bookings, payments, and transactions made through this website apply to services and treatment packages, not physical goods. Any reference to “orders,” “checkout,” or “payment” pertains to service booking transactions.

Service rates, promotions, inclusions, and availability may change without prior notice.

 

SERVICES & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Love, Skin Clinic is an aesthetic dermatology clinic offering professional skin treatments and packages. While retail skincare products may be displayed online, they are not sold through the website and cannot be purchased via Dragonpay. Products may only be purchased physically in-store, following a proper consultation or professional recommendation by our attending dermatologist.

 

BOOKING POLICY

  • Appointments are confirmed only once payment has been received.
  • Slots are prioritized on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
  • The clinic reserves the right to reschedule or decline appointments based on safety, practitioner availability, or medical assessment.

 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We value both our clients’ time and our medical team’s schedule. To maintain fairness and proper appointment management, the following applies:

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • If rescheduling or cancellation is made less than 24 hours before, or if marked as no-show, the Clinic may forfeit the session but clients are allowed to reschedule. The client shall provide their preferred new schedule.

 

Refund Policy for Prepaid Services

  • Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to attend their scheduled appointments. Missed sessions may be forfeited, but rescheduling is allowed.
  • Approved refunds may follow the processing timeline and conditions of the payment system used, including Dragonpay.
